Kidney Stones and other Chronic PainReply

I am 35, 5’3”, 160lbs., two full term pregnancies, vaginal deliveries. I have been suffering with lower right quadrant pain,
Sacroiliac pain and left upper back, chest, outside of breast, and elbow for a year. I have pain from my left scapula that goes straight through the other side to my left chest, left side of breast, slightly under the arm and then I feel pain on the side of my left elbow. The lower right quadrant is in the front and the lower back. The discomfort is constant, but worsens at the end of the day, rainy days, physical activity. I want to have another child and I need to resolve my health issues first.
I have had xrays, MRI's CT's, echo cardiograms, pelvic, abdominal & renal sonograms, bloodwork.
FAMILY HISTORY: Father: Quad bypass, non insulin diabetic, on Coumadin.
Mother: Hypertension, Mixed Connective Tissue Disease. Sister: also Mixed connective disease and on Coumadin.
RESULTS: Neurologist, Breast Specialist, Cardiologist had no clear answer with left side pain. Breast Specialist exam showed a little fibrocystic change in upper outer quadrant of left breast. Mammogram was normal. Last Pap Smear – normal.
LOWER BACK XRAY: "Sacroiliac joints show degenerative arthritic changes at the joints with sclerosis at the joint margins, but no erosions of articular surfaces."
CT OF THE ABDOMEN AND PELVIS with and without IC contrast: Findings: “An elongated, low-lying, malrotated right kidney, attributable to congenital incomplete ascent, and associated with 3 right upper-mid extrarenal pelves that measure up to 2.1cm, and a continuous with a dominant right lower anterolateral renal pelvis that measures up to 1.6x3.3cm. Two adjacent right lower renal calcified caliceal stones measure up to 0.25cm each, and are surrounded by a 0.9cm hydrocalyx or caliceal diverticulum. The lower-lying, malrotated right kidney probably accounts, at least in part, for the patient’s right lower right quadrant pain.
Also noted is a 0.3cm hemangioma in the right liver that is most likely to small to visualize on sonography. At least four punctuate calcifications at the posterior and lateral aspects of the right liver may represent post-operative peritoneal calicified granulomas, possibly related to previous appendectomy.Similar calcific foci are noted in the right lower quadrant posteriorly. A 4.3cm left ovarian cyst is most likey benign, with a 0.3cm mural calcific focus that is probably post-hemorrhagic.Two vaginal Barholin’s cysts, measuring up to 0.5-1.9cm are most likely benign.” A M.D. in calcium metabolism & Kidney Stone Prevention, Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism checked my blood from A-Z. My body keeps too much Vitamin D. He prescribed Urocrit and a diuretic.Urologist is going to perform a flexible uteroscopy, laser lithotripsy. MY SELF DIAGNOSIS: 20-30 pounds overweight, hard to lose weight with chronic pain. Carried a heavy toddler and breastfed her up until over a year ago when pain started. I carried her on my left side, thereby probably straining my left scaplula, pushing out my right hip. Neuromuscular with to top it off kidney stones.
MY QUESTION: Anything I or the doctors could be missing, how do I heal myself, and can I get pregnant once the stones are removed?
